Stay Away!

If 0 was available that's what they would be getting. trying to sort out a mortgage with them, and they are very unhelpful. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

Sent an item in December and paid a extra for next day delivery. Taken nearly 3 weeks to get delivered. Not the service im looking for, and they are refusing to compensate. Due to the fact they r unable to provide a proper service, they recently put up on their site that they are not issuing refunds becuase they have had so many complaints LOOOL!!! Would never use them again, they have gone downhill so much and are very unhelpful. How can expect to charge premium rates when they dont deliver!!!

THIEVES, stay away!!

They force u, to pay for getting it signed, then they dont even get it a signature from the receiver. Takes them 1hr to pick up the phones, and they are so rude. If u have a problem cant even complain and cant speak to manager. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. i spoke to selima extension number 2637

They took the payment from my account, and no confirmation email received or broadband. Also im unable to get hold of them, just goes round and round in circles with a company called TRM

Very poor service and staff lie to you

Very poor service and staff lie to you. They say your account will be opened very quickly and they are there to help. But waiting times are shocking!! And they give you timescales which they don't stick too.
