Unfortunately at the moment I’m having a lot of difficulty getting a refund for a failed top up in June so I’m not inclined to leave a positive review. However the 2 guys I have been “speaking” to so far have been extremely pleasant but they are telling me Revolut doesn’t have my money even though I have a bank statement that clearly show Revolut taking money from my account. Can I just have my refund sorted please?
