be careful or you waste your money!
I bought the SAMOA bedframe 2y ago and after months of sleeping on the floor, they finally managed to deliver (faulty). After a few weeks they make it right but today it got faulty again and I called Sergio explaining the situation and reading the contract (6y warranty in case of manufacture problem) he just replied that the contract is not valid anymore because the company doesn't exist despite he replied on the phone number that is on the website.
Be careful with who you deal with.
You bought a bed from a Company now gone into liquidation where we used to work. Italian furniture in the UK is a very hard business, now, with Covid, it is a nightmare.
When your girlfriend rang, I explained that the only thing I could do is to send a fitter paid by you.
When you rang, you started about solicitors and so on.....for what? £150 for a service call. Get a life and a handyman!
