Brilliant experience.

From the minute I started to look on the Emma website I had customer service helping me to make the right choices for my mattress. And I even got a free topper as the mattress was too firm for us. Now it's perfect and I love it. You really do get what you pay for. It is the best mattress we have ever had.

Great customer service

I just wanted to say how impressed I was with customer service at Emma Mattress. Usually when you e mail a company you get an automatic reply and the e mail reply was so quick I thought that this was the case .. but no .. someone had read , responded to my e mail and kindly quickly and efficiently arranged for a topper to be sent out. I don’t think I have ever had such a speedy and efficient response from a company.. Thank you Emma Mattress..

It was good for the first 2 years until…

It was good for the first 2 years until there was a BIG hump in the middle of the mattress and apparently that's acceptable the company say but I don't think having to replace my mattress at the price they are every 2 or 3 years is acceptable. All the reviews you read here is from when the mattress is new and I can't disagree with them but wait till you have had it a while , so I would hunt out reviews from people who have had there mattress for a while to get a true review on any make

Customer service experience

Washed the cover of my new mattress (less than a year old) at the prescribed temperature and it shrunk. Contacted customer services to enquire about a replacement cover. Customer services responded to my email within 30 minutes asking for pictures. Sent pictures and again in less than hour I was notified that a replacement cover had been despatched, which arrived in 48 hours. Never have I had such a positive experience with a customer service department, would give 6 stars if I could!

My king-size Emma mattress arrived faulty

My king-size Emma mattress arrived yesterday Wednesday 21 July and I unpacked it last night, BUT on unpacking it I noticed that 3 of the handles were "not secure" and were coming away from the stitching - which is NO good as it has a 10 year warranty, and it meant I could not turn the mattress - so I contacted Ideal World (the shopping channel) where I ordered it from, but they said I had to contact Emma for help to resolve this and gave me their phone number and an email address?!!

This morning I phoned the number 3 times between 9 & 10am and no one answered, and I was "on hold" for 10 minutes each time before being abruptly cut-off, which meant I had to redial again and again etc. I feel Emma is not interested in any complaints, or the number I was given - 01442 902151 - is never answered and is merely there "to give the customer hope"?? WHY are you cut-off after 10 minutes?? HOW are you meant to get issues resolved if no one answers the phone and you don't have email??

I am also very sceptical about the height/depth that Emma claims the mattress rises to, as currently it is only 8 inches yet Emma claim it is 25cm deep i.e. 10 inches, and the cut-away sample they show on Ideal World looks really deep??!

I have had 6 back operations and was looking for a deep/high mattress that is foam and no springs, and the Emma looked ideal, but after seeing the "quality" of the handles and stitching I am not so sure??

As I type this, I am still waiting for Emma to contact me!

Amazing customer service!

We ordered a mattress from Emma but unfortunately missed the delivery windows. We contacted Emma to explain the situation and their customer service was amazing - they contacted UPS, and arranged another delivery without us having to lift a finger. Katie, the customer service rep who we dealt with was so efficient and went above and beyond for us! Couldn’t be happier. Have yet to try the mattress, but if it’s as good as their customer service, I’ll be over the moon!

Best mattress I have ever used

Best mattress I have ever used.

I recently purchased the Emma Mattress and after a few days of getting used to it, I can honestly say it is the best mattress I have ever used. I have a bad back and for the first time in years that I have got out of bed in the mornings and not been in pain.

Fantastic Support in every regard!

I purchased an Emma bed in January (601424251). Aside from a really great product (and a sound sleep after many years), I was incredibly impressed by Emma’s support staff (Sue and Zayne) who genuinely went the extra mile to ensure that everything went smoothly and that I received the mattress that was best for me (as I didn’t know a lot about mattresses). A lot of companies don’t live up to their big promises but Emma REALLY does. I wouldn’t dream of buying from any other mattress company after my great experience with them. Buy with confidence! 🥰☁️🛏
