Used ADT for years, excellent equipment and customer service is second to none. Any problems are dealt with very quickly, assistance is instant if alarm goes off. Just upgraded to smart system which is fantastic. David Smith installed it for us and was very professional, polite, punctual and did a great job explaining the new equipment and ensuring all our needs were met.
Absolutely rubbish... ordered the social media offer of 49 pounds installation... its been 10 days since it was put in.. already had one repair guy out yesterday the 22/07/2021 as motion sensors constantly idle they worked for a few hours and now both are dead again.... ADT tried billing me for a months subscription today but I had cancelled the direct debit as not paying for stuff that obviously doesn't work .. not impressed and wouldn't recommend really no point having it and will be looking to leave ASAP as they have now legally broken the contract having a system not fit for purpose.
Really nice engineer called Jason Wan installed our alarm system today. Jason was a real credit to ADT, such a genuinely nice man.
I was impressed with the level of professionalism and patience when explaining how everything worked.

Installation went very well. Adrian, the installer was quick, efficient and clean. Did an excellent job on one particularly area where there was the potential of damage to the exterior wall. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever.
Professional, friendly service by Glen Clarke when he installed our ADT alarm system. Amazingly easy to use compared to the old system which made it easy for Glen to explain how to use it and the control by app is simply brilliant! AAA+++
The installers, Andrew and Dan, we're fantastic. I was walked through how everything worked and had a few test runs with the system. Everything was made simple to understand and the system looks really good
We had an engineer Ryan East on 15/07/2021 to install our new system. He was very polite and professional. He completed the job and took time to explain system/capabilities to me. He explained the options & videos and adjusted the setting to suit us. Our home was left clean and nothing to clear up after he installed the system. Thank you Ryan, we really appreciate you doing a job well done.
What a customer service! This morning my wife called to speak to ADT as we wanted to disarm the alarm and we didn't have the pin code (we just moved into the property last month). After speaking to many different teams, we were transferred to new business team and were offered monthly contract instead. We said we will think about it - At that point, customer service agent said "time wasters" before hanging up! He may have spend only 3 mins on the phone and may be expecting us to pay £19 per month for a service we don't need. (we got Ring alarm installed so no longer needed ADT).
We don't often get to hear what customer service people feel right after custmer calls. I now know about ADT and won't be calling them for anything.
I would like to say thank you to Ashley Bakrr-Conway to sort out our problem with the alarm. I received phone call from ADT detecting some problem when I was out of the house. The service was brilliant and very quick and efficient. Just follow Ashley's instruction pressing the right buttons the problem was sorted. Thanks again!

Had to change over my router information due to a change in provider. Technical called me within 20 mins of my original call and fixed it within minutes. First class service from ADT and in particular Daniel Ditchett who was friendly and knowledgable
