I ordered my mattress more than a week ago and it has not even been sent. I should have received a track & trace code last week, which never happened.
The customer service team is absolutely not helpful, every time they tell me something different and promise to send track & trace links that I never receive.
I advise to stay away from this company and order your mattress somewhere with good customer service.

I guess Emma became victim of their own success after getting promoted number one by all sorts of review sites ... ordered a first 160x200 matras ...rock hard after unpacking ..not expanding at all. Had it replaced by another one ...same experience. It is as if they vacuum pack it too soon and so the memory foam is not yet ‘set’ at the stage of packing...which clearly means they don’t run (proper) quality checks anymore (probably overproducing given the increased demand) :/ ... I got fully refunded by the company I purchased it from luckily but such a waste of time and following up for nothing:/. The funny thing: the booklet tells you it needs a few mins only to expand (and if not, you just open your windows to let the fresh air in) ...at the first time after calling with my issue, I were told to wait 4/6 hours ...second time they delivered the second one, they even told me to wait 72 hours before worrying ...it obviously didn’t expand and had to get it returned.
The worst service I have ever had from any company. Lied to so many times on email and on calls. Delay after delay and lies after lies. This company will bring so much stress to your life. I will never ever order again. The need a full re training of all staff and how they communicate to customers. I dont even want to give them one star as that means something good happened and it sure didnt. Awful!
The mattress is okay I guess.. Although it’s too short and I often wake up with back pain. I am 2m long and I guess I should have been smarter in ordering a longer one but I would have liked somebody to contact me before my warranty ran out to check if I indeed wanted to keep it! Now I am stuck with a mattress that gives me back pain and is too short. Honestly, if you would still take my mattress back, I would gladly pay more for a longer one.
In fact, could you? I’ve been spending the corona period at my gfs place like 5-6 days a week and I’ve barely even slept on it. It’s still brand new!
