Great bike, great value!

Great bike, great value. I’ve had my BB for over a year now and I can’t fault it. Functional, fast-ish and very sturdy. I’m not in the slightest bit tempted to don any lycra when cycling mine, which is a saviour for middle-aged men like me.

Customer service was great, delivery time was very quick and I feel confident that help is at hand should I need to call on them.

Buzzbike is amazing

Buzzbike is amazing. The bike that I am renting is great, the customer support is very helpful and professional, and the website is super easy to use.
I had the bike delivered to my home and the delivery slot was on point. And of course the price is unbeatable.
Overall I am very happy that I chose Buzzbike and I am recommending it to everyone who wants to try.

Poor communication

I was excited about this concept, but booked a bike on 13 Jun for delivery on 25 Jun and - absolutely nothing since then, now three weeks after I placed my order and a week after it was supposed to be delivered. They took £10 as a delivery fee that is now becoming a hassle to get back because none of their contact channels are easy or responsive. Might have gotten a voicemail yesterday? Was hard to hear the person on the other end. I don’t have time to sit around and wait and online could only find a chatbot with a very delayed response, no email confirmation or update, text messages, anything else. Would avoid until they can get their communication up to a decent standard, just trying to cancel now as don’t want to deal with this if anything did go wrong.

Great bikes, great customer service

Very friendly and efficient service and the bikes are a really nice ride for the monthly price! Bikes are comfortable and feel very sturdy but quick enough to happily do a daily commute on.

Have rented the bike for over a year

Have rented the bike for over a year. Got stolen once and get a replacement with a £50 excess fees. I personally think the bike is made of good quality and very light. Gear system is simple and easy to change. Didn't manage to use the onsite maintenance since I never had issue with the bike. Charlotte has been a great help whenever I rang her. Delivery and collection has been very flexible as well.

Amazing service!

Cannot recommend this service enough. It was a fantastic way of trying out cycling around London and the parks. The team responded quickly and customer service was impeccable. They even changed my bike to a smaller one to fit me better! Comes with everything you'll need and accessible customer help. Cannot rave enough about Buzzbike!!!

Great bikes, great service

No need to say that Buzzbike is a great service for people (as myself) who don't want to purchase a permanent bike because of storing problems or people who'd like to use a bike on a short term. The bikes are seemingly brand new, high quality, free of any problems and a very nice lock is included with the price. And of course, it's very assuring to know that you would be protected against thievery or any troubles that are not your responsibility. I had only one problem with the default package of the bike which was the lack of a kickstand and thanks to the Buzzbike customer support that problem is solved right away. I hope they would add the kickstand as a default option on the orders though. I highly recommend Buzzbike!

Love buzzbike!

When I heard about buzzbike I thought how does this work and one quick flick through their website and I saw how easy it is. I am horribly unfit and have been wanting to get a bike for ages but maintaining it and the expense if anything goes wrong put me off. the company covers it all for you (apart from punctures) and delivers the bike and accessories (I got a helmet and lights) to your door so it's so handy. I just wish I had an I phone so I could download the app and get the rewards that are offered when cycling about, but that's only a minor thing. Love it! I liken buzzbike to my friends kids- all the fun with none of the responsibility 👌

Great company with a great vision

Great company with a great vision! Makes riding a bike very affordable as you only pay £30 a month and it covers the bike, maintenance and accessories. The bikes are very good quality also and makes me feel more confident riding around in London.

Excellent communication and very professional!

Subscribing to Buzzbike was the best thing I did since I moved to London. Highly professional, excellent communication, and great responsiveness. It's also a great package-deal, with a fair price.
When I had a minor accident (entirely my fault) and my bike needed some fixing, these guys directly picked it up, and gave me a new one! Amazing service indeed.

Delivery was cancelled by company less than 24hrs before date planned without clear explanation and proper compensation

Thank you for your review and I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed with us not being able to secure your delivery date. This unfortunately needed to happen due to a surge in demand that we have experienced due to the pandemic and the rise in the number of people wishing to cycle.

We did explain in your order confirmation email that your delivery day may need to change due to this demand and that our Rider Happiness team would be in touch to confirm your delivery date - which I can see did happen. I can see from our communication with you that we did also notify you of a potential delay before you signed up and placed your order.

I'm sorry if you feel that 24 hours' notice isn't enough time to notify you of the delay, however we did give you as much notice as we could in these circumstances. We hoped that by offering you our next available delivery date we would still be able to have you Buzzbiking with us, but I'm sorry that providing you with an alternative delivery date wasn't an adequate solution or compensation in this case.

We hope that we can have you riding with us in the future and you get to experience what you were hoping to with Buzzbike :)

Charlotte and the Buzzbike team are genuinely amazing. From the moment I had my first question before signing up all the way to (unfortunately) collection these guys have been faultless and flawless.

Amazing bike, lovely lock, didn't need to call them out for anything and there is simply nothing bad I can say about these guys.

Just to let you know, the reason I handed the bike back is through injury - I have an issue with my IT band that I picked up whilst running.

Once I'm ready tho, I'll be back!

Nobody does it better!

Signed up for Buzzbike last year in lockdown 1 (seems a lifetime ago). Took a while to get the bike because of the demand but well worth the wait. Great bikes, incredible service and just simple and easy.

Haven't taken any public transport in 9 months now as constantly using the bike. Had my bike stolen a few months ago and they had it replaced in a matter of days.

Don't hesitate to subscribe guys, you won't regret it.
