Be really careful when taking out phone insurance. It took me 12 months to get a refund on a lost phone and cloud cover insisted I paid the monthly premium whilst the insurance company were deciding on my claim. I was therefore paying approximately £8 per month for a phone I didnt have. I was advised that this was to cover admin fees. Reslly bad service I will go via my home insurance next time or not bother. I wrote hundreds of emails gave extensive information for my claim to be originally rejected until I threatened the financial ombudsman. Then suddenly they changed their mind.
